• Agreed payment terms and delivery timelines

4. No Online Payment

TuongVyLashes operates exclusively on a direct negotiation model. We do not process, accept, or facilitate any online payments through this website.

All transactions are conducted through direct communication between TuongVyLashes and the buyer, with payment terms, methods, and schedules agreed upon individually for each order.

TuongVyLashes bears no responsibility for any payments made outside of our formally agreed transaction process. Clients are advised to verify all payment instructions directly with our team before transferring any funds.

All intellectual property rights in and to the TuongVyLashes brand, website, product designs, CNC mold designs, marketing materials, and proprietary manufacturing processes are and shall remain the exclusive property of TuongVyLashes.
